The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Account Executive who’s passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and analytics someone who can turn brand philosophies into scroll-stopping social moments.

You’ll work closely with the strategy and content teams to help plan, curate, and execute campaigns that carry depth, creativity, and intent.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Strategy

  • Assist in building monthly content calendars for Travel, F&B, and FMCG brands.
  • Craft thoughtful captions that align with the brand’s voice, purpose, and aesthetic.
  • Research content trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform creative ideas.
  • Support in ideating campaigns, series, and collaborations that elevate storytelling.

Execution & Management

  • Coordinate content shoots, influencer deliverables, and social media postings.
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure visuals match the brief and brand tone.

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track post-performance, engagement rates, and audience insights.
  • Help prepare monthly analytics reports and learnings for client presentations.

    • Client Servicing

  • Maintain day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring timely updates and deliverables.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and feedback discussions.
