About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Lead with over 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP, Advanced ABAP, and integration technologies (PI / CPI). This role demands hands-on expertise in full-stack SAP development including Fiori / UI5, SAP BTP, and backend ABAP, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage a team of technical consultants. The individual will be responsible for solution design, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement across strategic SAP programmes.

What you will do

• Lead SAP ABAP and Advanced ABAP development including RICEFW objects, OO ABAP, CDS Views, RAP, OData, AMDP, workflows, and performance tuning.
• Deliver full-stack SAP solutions integrating Fiori / UI5 frontend, ABAP backend, and SAP BTP services.
• Own solution design, proposal creation, effort estimation, and VROM / VMC submissions.
• Drive automation and innovation initiatives to enhance business processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 10 technical consultants, ensuring quality delivery and progress tracking.
• Represent technical delivery in governance forums including TDA, ITPM, SPDA / security, and change management.
• Ensure proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary technical contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support hiring, capability development, and mentoring within the technical team.
