Job description

Experience : 2-4 years

Eligible Streams : MBA (Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges) or Tier 1 Engineering colleges with BD / Sales experience

Industry experience : Enterprise Sales in any of Retail, Logistics, E-commerce, Facility Management

companies or Apartment management companies

Skill Required :

  • Be a self-motivated and focused team player with great organizational and interpersonal

skills. Sales Hustler get new machine orders from residential and corporate clients.

  • Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business
  • relationships

  • Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills Key Accounts and Relationship
  • Management

  • Oversee generation of new leads through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls,
  • social media etc.)

  • Develop and nurture a strong relationship with Clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in
  • the industry, researching and analyzing sales options

  • Prior experience of Retail Startup is a plus
  • Have handled multiple cities operations in previous stints.
  • Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of
  • communication and presence of mind

  • Comfortable to work in a startup environment.
