1. Experience in Nexthink Collector Packaging, Agent roll-out, Platform setup
2. Nexthink Integration experience with AD, SSO, Jira / ServiceNow, Amplify, Chatbot, etc.
3. Experience in creating customer specific Dashboards, Alerts, Application Experience, Campaigns, Remote Actions and Digital Experience.
4. Proficient in NQL.
5. Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data from Nexthink.
6. Perform baseline of end user device & Application KPI's with client
7. Finalize the thresholds against each KPI and execute SLA document
8. Generates Tool based reports - Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly as agreed
9. Work with other technical teams to drive implementation of improvement activities
10. Ability to present Nexthink findings and Value Add to customers on a periodic basis.
11. Proficient in Windows PowerShell Scripting with a minimum L2 level
12. Experience with automating tasks and processes using PowerShell including working with AD and windows components.
13. Strong Windows knowledge.
14. Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
15. Effective communication & collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
