The opportunity
EY GDS is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. As part of this rapidly growing business segment, you will play a critical role in developing solutions, implementations, and performance improvement of Blue Yonder Planning modules (D&F / ESP). This role will help the individual to work collaboratively with the end user community, implementation partners, cross-functional teams and other IT resources to identify system deficiencies and opportunities for business process enhancements. Your key responsibilities
- Provide solutions proficiency in BY (D&F / ESP) modules to analyse and identifying gaps, to lead the solution design, and implement the BY application modules to meet business requirements
- Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities
- Able to conduct workshops to understand end to end business process requirements and propose the best possible solution
- Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client / EY expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, monitoring, managing project risks, managing client and EY key stakeholders and successfully delivering client solutions
- Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and EY solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to EY leadership, and helping develop client opportunities
- Ability to do the Oracle SQL / PLSQL coding to develop the custom objects

Very well versed in supply chain related knowledge, be able to understand common business problems, and translate business input to advise clients on appropriate solutions to meet their planning objectives4 to 7 years of hands-on experience, as a consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers requiredExperience working with Blue Yonder (BY) supply chain planning solutions (D&F, ESP) as either a customer of BY or as a consultant implementing BY solutions for customers / clients preferredStrong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain requiredRelevant consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, O9, Kinaxis, Logility, SAP, or leading ERP is an added advantageIdeally, you’ll also have
Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelor ’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degreeStrong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain requiredOverall, 4 to 7 years of experiences as SCM planner and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, Planning & Logistics domainWorking experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferredEngaging with business partners and IT to understand requirements from various parts of an organization to drive the design, programming execution, and UAT for future state capabilities within the platformWorking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and strict deadlinesGood understanding of outsourcing and off shoring, building win / win strategies and contracts with suppliersWhat we look for
