Job Description :
- An experienced Marketing Specialist specializing in F&B, FMCG, Fashion, Health, and Fitness
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy including campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and metrics for success.
- Identify and recruit relevant influencers who align with the brand's values, target audience, and marketing objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and managing partnerships.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that content is engaging, authentic, and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling and creative content that resonates with the target audience. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure brand consistency and optimize content performance.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, utilizing data and analytics to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Manage the influencer marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Creating and Heading a team of influencers on social media platforms to promote brands or products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing. Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance the company's influencer marketing efforts.
- Led the internal marketing team and synchronized the workflow and guided and help to build successful strategies for the betterment and growth of the company.
