Veronis Platform Engineer

Job description5+ years of experience in IT Security, Data Governance, or Platform Engineering. Hands-on experience with Veronis (Varonis) Data Security Platform modules (DatAdvantage, Data Classification Engine, DatAlert, etc.). Strong understanding of Active Directory, Windows File Servers, NAS, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure AD . Experience integrating Veronis with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) and IAM solutions. Scripting experience in PowerShell / Python for automation and reporting. Familiarity with data access governance, least privilege models, and data protection frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Veronis certification (if available) or equivalent data security certification (CISSP, CISM, etc.) Experience with cloud data governance tools (Azure, AWS, GCP) Exposure to endpoint and insider threat monitoring
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Veronis Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain data security and governance solutions using the Veronis Data Security Platform . The ideal candidate will have experience in data access management, identity and permission analytics, and integration with enterprise security tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deploy, configure, and maintain the Veronis Data Security Platform across enterprise environments.
- Integrate Veronis with identity management, SIEM, and data repositories (e.g., Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, NAS, etc.).
- Monitor platform performance and optimize configurations for scalability and reliability.
- Work closely with cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with security policies.
- Develop automation scripts and dashboards for reporting and remediation.
- Manage updates, patches, and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Veronis ecosystem.
