About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate L&D / OD professional to design and drive impactful talent and organizational development initiatives. If you enjoy blending business insights with people development and enabling employees to learn, grow, and perform — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify learning needs across business verticals and design effective L&D solutions.
Deliver programs on product knowledge, client engagement, leadership, and behavioral skills.
Drive OD initiatives : competency mapping, talent reviews, succession planning, and change management.
Conduct org assessments, optimize structures, and support restructuring initiatives.
Build and implement leadership development and manager capability programs.
Manage external L&D / OD partners and ensure high-quality program delivery.
Use people analytics to derive insights, track organizational health, and measure impact of interventions.
Ensure smooth project execution with milestone tracking, risk identification, and mitigation.
What You Bring
6–8 years’ experience in L&D, OD, or Talent Management (Financial Services experience preferred).
Strong understanding of sales / advisory roles in Wealth Management.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management and people analytics capabilities.
MBA from a reputed institute; currently at Manager or equivalent level.
