Job Title : Business Development Executive – Direct Sales (US Shift)

Location : Hyderabad, India

Shift Timing : 8 : 30 PM to 5 : 30 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience : 1–4 years (preferred in B2B / B2C direct sales with proven revenue impact)

Employment Type : Full-time

Requirements :

1–4 years of experience in direct sales / business development, preferably in the US market.

Demonstrated success in generating revenue and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a night shift (8 : 30 PM to 5 : 30 AM IST).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM software and online prospecting tools
