We’re Hiring : Agentic AI Engineer (Moveworks Specialist)

Location : Noida / Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Gurgaon / Kichi -Hybrid

Are you passionate about building intelligent enterprise automation with Moveworks?

We’re looking for an Agentic AI Engineer who can take full ownership of implementing, configuring, and operating Moveworks at scale — driving real impact across ticket deflection, MTTR reduction, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end Moveworks implementation and operations
Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, Jira, Slack / Teams, SSO, HRIS , and other enterprise systems
Curate knowledge sources and fine-tune models for optimal performance
Drive conversational analytics , guardrails, and runtime governance
Contribute to our agentic AI stack for multi-agent orchestration and evaluation

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of total experience in AI, automation, or IT service engineering

Minium 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience in enterprise environments

Strong understanding of conversational AI , integrations, and governance

Experience working cross-functionally in global environments
