Automotive Design Engineer

Role & Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed vehicle designs from initial concepts to production, focusing on both visual appeal and technical requirements.
• Create 2D and 3D models using CAD software and conduct simulations to optimize aspects like aerodynamics, structural integrity, and performance.
• Oversee or contribute to the creation of physical prototypes and develop testing procedures to validate design solutions.
• Interpret test results, perform design reviews, and analyze performance to ensure designs meet functional, safety, and quality standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, and other engineers, to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure designs meet all relevant regulatory and industry standards and are cost-effective.
• Investigate design issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on design progress and findings.
