We at Coforge are hiring Java Backend Developers with the following skillset :

Implement and document new software components.

Understand how code fits into broader technical and business context.

Actively participate in code and technical design reviews.

Work with product to understand requirements and contribute to release planning.

Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software.

Work with QA and operations teams to troubleshoot & fix defects in software.

Participate in building Scrum process and agile culture within the company.

Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, RESTful APIs, Microservice design & how to design service to service interactions.

Strong database skills such as SQL, MySQL, and Oracle are a must.

Extensive experience as a backend developer / lead in previous projects, with strong expertise in system architecture and a deep understanding of overall business operations

Strong proficiency in cloud services (AWS) and DevOps practices (CI / CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

Mentor and coach team members by providing guidance on best practices and perform code reviews.

Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.

Self-motivated teammate who excels in a reciprocal environment.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field of study.
