Job Title : OTRS Developer (Python / Perl)

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Good knowledge in OTOBO / OTRS and Perl
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with OTRS is a must .
  • Experienced in using Git, GitHub and GitLab
  • Good knowledge of the Linux environment
  • Experience with MySQL, MariaDB and / or PostgreSQL
  • Support and maintenance of our OTRS & OTOBO
  • Support and maintenance of our open-source add-ons
  • Implementation of customer requirements
  • Maintaining add-ons, technical issues around OTRS & OTOBO
  • Improving and maintaining our internal tool Strong skills in communicating, implementing and achieving business objectives and goals
  • Strong organization / project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing work.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills along with effective written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements :

  • 2 years of working experience in OTRS.
  • Total experience of 3 years
  • Should have a good degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar subject or have industry related experience.
