About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our IT organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions that align with business objectives. The Senior Solutions Engineer partners with stakeholders across IT and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Solution Design & Architecture :
• Lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and security platforms.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Technical Leadership :
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for critical technologies and solutions.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that drive value.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Implementation & Support :
• Lead deployments, configurations, integrations, and upgrades of IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement :
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and process improvements.
