• Strategic Planning : Define and implement a comprehensive AI roadmap and strategy that supports core business objectives.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• AI Solution Development : Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from research and design to development, testing, and deployment of models and algorithms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (e.g., product, engineering, sales, legal) to translate complex AI insights into actionable business strategies and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Technical Oversight : Provide expert guidance on architecture design, code reviews, model validation, and the implementation of best practices in AI / ML, MLOps, and data analytics.
• Governance & Ethics : Ensure all AI initiatives comply with data privacy laws, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements, promoting transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

o Proficiency in programming languages, especially Python, and relevant libraries / frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

o Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.

o Experience with GenAI, cloud platforms (preferably Oracle) and big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark).

o Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable model deployment.

o Preferred experience with AI development and deployment on Oracle cloud technologies
