Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet bulk staffing needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand and anticipate non-technical staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs to build a large talent pool
- Screen large volumes of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates quickly and effectively.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate or conduct in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for various roles and levels.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment, especially in bulk or mass hiring for non-IT roles .Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in using social media, job portals, ATS, and recruitment analytics toolsRole : Non IT Recruiter
