Key Responsibilities :
- Customize and configure Creatio CRM modules to align with business requirements.
- Design and develop business processes, UI components, and custom logic using Creatios no-code / low-code tools and JavaScript.
- Integrate Creatio with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of custom solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all configurations and custom developments.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Creatio applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Creatio platform updates, features, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of experience in Creatio (bpmonline) development and in :1. Creatio configuration tools and section schema customization
2. Business process design and case management
3. JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL
4. Web services integration (REST, SOAP)
Solid understanding of CRM concepts, workflow automation, and data modeling.Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities(ref : hirist.tech)
