Flexibility in taking up challenges Knowledge of After Sales services Industry and Audits on processes and procedures The Quality analyst assumes responsibility of quality performance in process and policies for Lenovo Program. He / she will monitor the Service journey of customer and provide feedback on improvement areas to all the verticals involved in the Services. JOB ANALYSIS :
- Voice & Non-voice service orders, Field Service delivery orders, Parts & Logistics and Customer care cases Auditing and providing actionable insights for process improvement
- Provides feedback to improve performance and develops training programs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and projects
- Conduct coaching sessions and huddles as and when required
