JOB ANALYSIS :
- Voice & Non-voice service orders, Field Service delivery orders, Parts & Logistics and Customer care cases Auditing and providing actionable insights for process improvement
- Provides feedback to improve performance and develops training programs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and projects
- Conduct coaching sessions and huddles as and when required
Skills required / Responsibilities :
Prior knowledge on Quality ProcessExcellent communication skill in English and Hindi (written and verbal).Strong interpersonal skills, Soft skills and team-player.Good understanding in the concepts of learning and development and basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.Basic understanding of Service Industry KPI’s.Good written and verbal communication skills.Professional customer service skills & a positive attitude.Flexibility in taking up challengesKnowledge of After Sales services Industry and Audits on processes and proceduresJOB SPECIFICATION :
