Job description5-10 years of experience in agribusiness, preferably in farm equipment finance or tractor finance industry. Strong understanding of debt management principles, including collections processes and procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for collection of tractor loan accounts across multiple branches.
- Oversee the entire collections process from bucket creation to final recovery.
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of issues related to tractor loans.
- Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and disputes.
