We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Associate to join our Balance of Plant (BOP) Component Testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing component tests, processing test data, generating reports, and coordinating with engineering teams. This role demands hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, data acquisition units, and instrumentation.

Location : This position will be based in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities :

• Execute BOP component tests as per defined protocols and standards.
• Develop and implement detailed test plans in coordination with engineering teams.
• Process and analyze test data to generate comprehensive technical reports.
• Troubleshoot issues in electrical and mechanical systems during testing.
• Operate and maintain data acquisition units and testing instruments.
• Ensure proper maintenance and management of test instruments and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth test execution and documentation.
• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and compliance throughout the testing process.
• Troubleshoot and repair of all testers at basic level.
• Coordinate with vendors on delivering / receiving parts & fixtures and intimating the engineer of the same.
• Coordinate the inventory items (import and export) with the team and ensure the entries are tracked.
