ROLE DESCRIPTION

Horizon Conference Event Management is looking for Enthusiastic, Energetic, Reliable and Task-Oriented Early-career Professionals to join us as Event Project Managers.

The candidate should be highly self-motivated, young mindset, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast- paced corporate environment.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with office members.

2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for channel partners.

3. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

4. Maintain an organized filing system and soft e-copies / documents.

5. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

6. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in Events or Related Services, Recently Graduated in any stream from reputed university.

2. Proficiency in operating Computer and related tasks, Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company specific program and tools.

3. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.

4. Strong organizational, project management and problem solving with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

5. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

6.Friendly and professional demeanor.
