Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include crafting HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals while collaborating with leadership.

Job Type : Full-time. This position will be based in Bangalore. Candidates currently residing in Bangalore are preferred.

Experience : 2-3 years of experience in HR or related field.

Pay : Up to 6 LPA

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in an HR role within dynamic organizations.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding.
• Proficiency in performance management processes and employee relations.
• Expertise in creating and implementing HR policies and compliance with labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools like Zoho, as well as report generation.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is a plus).
