Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Head of Construction - Residential Projects to lead and manage our construction projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering technology, deep knowledge of project management practices, and a proven track record of working with contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects.

This is a senior leadership position, responsible for overseeing the entire construction department, managing teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and mitigating project delays.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Oversee Mivan shuttering works (aluminium formwork), ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
Monitor project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, cost control, quality assurance, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and prepare MIS / reports for management.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Optimize resources (material, manpower, equipment) to achieve maximum efficiency on site.
Implement best practices in project management and construction technology to improve execution efficiency.

Key Requirements :

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech preferred).

20+ years in construction project management with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in Mivan technology (aluminium formwork) execution and supervision.

Knowledge of modern construction methodologies, project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, budgets, and billing.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple contractors, and drive accountability.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
