Purpose of the Role :

To ensure that construction or engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. They play a key role in project management by developing detailed plans, schedules, and strategies to streamline work and avoid delays.

Key Responsibilities :

1. To monitor all projects for planning and project control. Understanding every EPC schedule timelines. Planning for timely delivery of all GFCs and all critical design deliverables.

2. Understanding RAS of materials for all sites and contract mobilization requirements. To do follow up for critical material delay.

3. Finalise execution strategy and ensuring FIM & drawings flow in line with projects.

4. To track issue of revised drawings against SER / RFI raised by Site. Coordinate and follow up to Projects.

5. Identify critical paths and activities.

6. Project monitoring & control and MIS preparation.

7. Preparation of AOP.
