Job description12–15 years of progressive experience in IT. 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering. 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead or Project / Program Manager. 4+ years of cloud experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP. 2+ years of proven experience in cloud migration projects. 2+ years of Agile delivery experience; experience working on an Agile team. Expertise with Rally, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools. Broad understanding of cloud-native technologies : Relational and NoSQL databases Modern front-end frameworks Integration and stream processing technologies DevSecOps practices Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum and DevOps methodologies. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Strong understanding of Azure Cloud technologies and DevOps principles. Experience in Program / Project Management and Change Management.
Technical Project Manager – Cloud Migration (10+ Years Experience)
Location : Hybrid
Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 30 PM IST
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead passionate about delivering highly scalable, cloud-native applications. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery for digital engineering initiatives — from requirements gathering to deployment — ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes. You will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients, and drive cloud migration initiatives with a focus on Azure.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to multiple Scrum teams delivering cloud and digital engineering projects.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle : requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and client communication.
- Take ownership of project budget, timelines, and quality.
- Drive successful cloud migration initiatives (preferably on Azure).
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and guide team members to achieve excellence.
- Ensure Agile and DevOps best practices are implemented across teams.
