About The Role :

Join the rider mobility team at Uber Trains, where we're brining in uber magic to trains.

As a Product Designer, you'll take on interaction and service design challenges, and you'll work on big new ideas that will transform how people use trains.

You'll collaborate with engineers, product managers and some of the world's best designers and researchers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

You'll make magic by crafting and shipping delightful experiences for people around the world.

What Youll Do :

• Design intuitive, end-to-end mobile and web experiences for train riders across multiple geographies.
• Define and evolve the user experience strategy for major product areas, contributing to Ubers long-term vision for multi-modal transportation.
• Translate user insights into thoughtful interaction patterns and systems that scale.
• Break down complex and ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable design opportunities.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design to serve riders of all backgrounds and abilities.
• Partner with UX research to validate and iterate on designs using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Lead visual and interaction design craft, setting a high quality bar across your team.
• Create prototypes to communicate ideas and gather early feedback.
