As we expand, we seek a dedicated Membership Analyst to enhance our service delivery.Role OverviewWe are recruiting a full-time Membership Analyst to provide high-quality support to our members while managing onboarding and retention processes. This position requires working from 3 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM, Monday through Saturday (GST), for a total of 42 hours per week. The role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on ensuring seamless interactions and member satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver prompt and professional responses to member inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, maintaining a high standard of service.Oversee member onboarding, including guiding new members through registration and initial engagement.Manage retention efforts by monitoring member activity, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance loyalty.Utilize Notion for task tracking, workflow organization, and collaboration with the team.Analyze member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.RequirementsProven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong emphasis on member or client support.Exceptional written English skills, enabling clear and effective communication across digital channels.Proficiency in managing Notion for task tracking and project coordination.A naturally empathetic and service-oriented disposition, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.Ability to thrive in a structured schedule, including evening hours, while maintaining consistent performance.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Opportunities for professional development within a growing organization.A collaborative environment focused on innovation and member impact.
