Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant wage and labor laws.Ensure complete statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, and other applicable regulations.Lead the recruitment process to attract qualified candidates for hotel and industrial catering roles across various functions and levels.Oversee onboarding processes and documentation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Implement HR policies and procedures that support business goals and align with industry standards.Partner with business and operations teams to understand manpower needs and build talent pipelines accordingly.Maintain employee records and HR documentation in alignment with audit and compliance requirements.Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for recruitment and compliance support when required.Skills Required
