We are currently hiring for a well funded q-com platform founded in 2024.
We are looking for an experienced Sell-Side Revenue Manager to drive sales strategy, growth and profitability through effective pricing, promotions, assortment, and vendor management. This role will work closely with category, sales, finance, and marketing teams to optimize topline revenue while safeguarding margins. This person will be based out of Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute sell-side revenue strategy to meet growth and profitability goals.
- Drive pricing, discounting, and promotional interventions across categories.
- Collaborate with business, finance, and marketing to align commercial goals.
- Track sales performance, contribution margins, and ROI of campaigns through dashboards & analytics.
- Identify and execute new monetization opportunities to strengthen revenue streams.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership on market trends, revenue leakage, and margin optimization.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in revenue management, category management, P&L ownership & Analytics role(preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or consulting).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel / SQL / BI tools preferred.Proven ability to drive revenue growth and margin optimization.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
