Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst / Project Manager who can bridge business goals with technical execution .

The role involves managing project lifecycles end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring timely and high-quality delivery through agile collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and success metrics .
  • Translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable tasks for the team.
  • Develop project plans , allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while maintaining accountability.
  • Communicate effectively across teams and act as a single point of contact for clients.
  • Identify potential risks or scope changes early and take proactive measures.
  • Maintain and monitor project documentation, plans, and reports on tools like JIRA or Trello .

Desired Profile

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management .
  • 4–5 years of experience in Project Management and / or Business Analysis in the IT / software domain.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills .
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies , and sprint-based execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while ensuring client satisfaction.

    • Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working with US-based clients or startups .
  • Familiarity with estimation and budgeting for software projects.
  • Understanding of backend / frontend data flow and technical dependencies.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM , or equivalent (optional but desirable).

    • Experience Required

    Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management and / or Business Analysis in the IT / software domain.

    Compensation Range

    ₹10 LPA – ₹14 LPA (Exceptions possible for outstanding candidates)

    Working Days & Shifts

    Monday to Friday (11 AM – 8 PM) with US client overlap

    Location

    Remote (Preference : Delhi NCR)
