Job Overview : As an Associate Business Manager Paid Media Advertising Manager, you will work closely with the Paid Media team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing.
The Associate Business Manager will contribute to the success of campaigns through campaign set-up coordination, data analysis, and coordination of various advertising activities.
Experience required : 3-4 years
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination : Assist in coordinating the planning and execution of paid media advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Support the team in managing campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Assist in analyzing campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Creative Coordination : Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely development and delivery of ad creatives.
- Support A / B testing initiatives to optimize ad copy and visuals.
- Budget Tracking : Assist in monitoring and tracking advertising budgets, ensuring proper allocation and adherence to financial goals.
- Contribute to financial reporting and analysis.
- Market Research : Support the team in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Contribute to the development of audience targeting strategies.
- Training and Mentorship : Train and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on campaign management best practices and analytical techniques.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment within the team.
- Client Interaction : Act as the first point of contact for clients for day-to-day operational queries and updates.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaboration and Communication : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and campaign Master's / Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
