Python Lead

Position : Python Technical Lead(Remote)

Experience : 5+ years

Salary : Up to ₹30 LPA

Notice Period : Immediate to 1 or 2 months

We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in backend development using Django and a solid understanding of system design (HLD & LLD) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asynchronous operations , SQL , ElasticSearch , and messaging systems like RabbitMQ / Redis .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
• Create and document High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for system architecture and modules.
• Design and implement asynchronous operations to improve system performance.
• Work extensively with SQL databases and ElasticSearch for efficient data handling.
• Implement robust messaging systems using RabbitMQ or Redis.
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit testing and code reviews.
• Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate on open-source projects and contribute to technical discussions.
