Role Overview

Reporting directly to our VP of Business Development, you’ll be the architect behind crafting unbeatable proposals, dissecting SOWs, and navigating the labyrinth of federal procurement. Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Pipeline Mastery : Scout and qualify high-potential deals on SAM.gov, GSA eLibrary, and FedBizOpps, focusing on IT MSP services under 8(a), SDVOSB, and GSA 70 set-asides.
- Bid Strategy Leadership : Develop capture plans, conduct SWOT analyses, and orchestrate team efforts to build winning proposals—from RFP teardowns to final color-team reviews.
- SOW & Compliance Guru : Author and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with FAR / DFARS regs, ensuring airtight compliance while highlighting our IT MSP edge (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud migrations, helpdesk ops).
- Win Rate Booster : Collaborate with US-based sales leads to refine pricing strategies, past performance narratives, and oral proposal prep—aiming for 30%+ win rates on targeted pursuits.
- Market Intel & Innovation : Stay ahead of federal trends (e.g., CMMC 2.0, zero-trust architectures) and recommend teambing / partnerships to expand our footprint.
