1. Required Profile

• Hands-on Senior Java Developers (8–12 years experience preferred).
• Must be :
• Strong in core Java programming .
• Independently capable of coding without daily supervision.
• Able to understand and analyze existing .NET / C# code .
• Prior .NET experience is nice to have, but not mandatory.
• Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools to understand .NET code during migration.
• No need for architectural or high-level design experience — architecture is already in place.
• Should have confidence to take code end-to-end , including taking changes to production.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Financial domain exposure is a preferred, but not mandatory.
