Location - Offshore : Remote ; Onshore : Johannesburg, South Africa (onsite / hybrid)

Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and certified Senior Salesforce Developers with proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in OmniStudio and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and enterprise-grade implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio tools

Implement and customize Financial Services Cloud features to meet business needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Optimize and refactor existing codebases for performance and scalability

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms

Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and participate in deployment activities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with development standards

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I & II)

Proven experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)

Hands-on expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Architect certifications (Application / System Architect)

Experience with Salesforce Shield, Einstein Analytics, or Marketing Cloud

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Exposure to enterprise-level Salesforce implementations in banking or financial domains

Experience with offshore collaboration and remote delivery models
