YourFirstSalesGuy is a Sales-as-a-Service platform that specializes in helping startups and grassroots entrepreneurs achieve their initial sales milestones quickly and profitably. Our expertise spans over 15 years in sales, packaging, logistics, and distribution, catering to Agri, Food, FMCG, EdTech initiatives, FPOs, SHGs, and D2C brands. Backed by prestigious programs like the IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and RKVY Raftaar, YourFirstSalesGuy offers a full-stack sales engine, including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, onboarding, and retention strategies. We assist businesses in entering new markets, overcoming early customer acquisition challenges, and scaling sales without the need for an existing sales team. Our mission is to build your sales success story, one customer at a time.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote Co-Founder role at YourFirstSalesGuy. The Co-Founder will collaborate on driving the strategic direction of the business, scaling operations, and expanding the customer base. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, identifying market opportunities, creating and executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the Co-Founder will engage in research to continuously enhance service offerings and foster growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Marketing skills, with the ability to drive customer acquisition and implement growth strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder management and team collaboration
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities, assess data, and develop actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and contribute strategically at an executive level
  • Experience in startups, sales operations, or business development is a strong advantage
  • Passion for working in fast-paced environments and building solutions for emerging businesses and underserved sectors
  • Background in entrepreneurship or a relevant industry is a plus
