Job Summary :

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to represent our organization across degree and B.Tech colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The role involves building relationships with placement offices, interacting with students, and promoting our professional courses and training programs. Candidates should be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit and coordinate with placement offices of degree and engineering colleges across the district / town.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and counseling sessions for students regarding available courses and programs.
• Identify potential candidates and assist them through the enrollment and admission process .
• Develop and maintain relationships with college management and placement officers for ongoing collaboration.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and business development targets .
• Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions using company tools or CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Business Development Manager.
Requirements :
• Any Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a laptop and a separate mobile phone for official use.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned districts and towns.
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
