Responsible for executing 360° marketing across offline and digital platforms to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute media campaigns across outdoor, print, radio, outreach, and digital channels.Manage integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation and meet business targets.Work closely with the performance agency to ensure timely execution of Meta, Google, YouTube, Display & Affiliate campaigns.Share campaign briefs, audiences, budgets, timelines, and creative assets with precision.Review daily / weekly optimizations recommended by the agency and ensure implementation after internal alignment.Validate campaign setups — UTMs, tracking pixels, events, exclusions, retargeting lists, geo-targeting, and budgets.Drive channel-level performance and ensure measurable ROI.Oversee creation, adaptation, and quality control of all creative assets and marketing collaterals (outdoor layouts, print ads, brochures, standees, social creatives, videos, etc.).Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels.Coordinate billing, vendor management, and support MIS reporting for the marketing team.Design engaging presentations for launches, CP meets, leadership reviews, and events.Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partners for creative development and campaign execution.Manage documentation and compliance for all marketing processes.Ensure seamless functioning of sales offices, including branding, collaterals, visitor flow, and customer experience.Recommend innovative marketing strategies and creative solutions to elevate brand impact.Prepare quarterly competition analysis reports with actionable insightSkills & Experience
Strong understanding of offline + online marketing and campaign execution.Proficient in PowerPoint / Keynote , coordination, and vendor management.Analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication.2–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
