We are seeking a Lead Blockchain professional to join our team in India. This role involves taking the lead on blockchain projects, developing innovative solutions, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in blockchain technology and a passion for driving new initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of blockchain solutions and architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Develop smart contracts and protocols using blockchain technologies.
Conduct research and analysis on new and existing blockchain technologies and trends.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of blockchain applications in production environments.
Mentor and guide junior blockchain developers and team members.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with blockchain projects.

Skills and Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in blockchain development and implementation.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, and Python.

Strong understanding of blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and others.

Experience with decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts.

Familiarity with cryptographic technologies and security best practices in blockchain.

Knowledge of consensus algorithms and distributed ledger technologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment and lead a team effectively.
