Job Title : Product Owner
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master with strong analytical and Agile delivery skills to bridge business objectives and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will drive sprint execution, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD / FRD).
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and deliverables.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies - daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Ensure timely delivery of sprints and manage sprint backlogs using Agile tools (Jira / Azure Boards).
Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Prepare and maintain wireframes and process flows using tools like Figma, Miro, or Lucidchart.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Support account and engagement management, tracking delivery metrics and customer satisfaction.
Identify process improvement areas and ensure best Agile practices are followed.
Required Skills & Competencies
3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or hybrid role in IT projects.
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks and SDLC.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, sprint management, and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in collaboration and visualization tools - Figma, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Miro.
Ability to manage client interactions, account handling, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong technical understanding of software development and product lifecycle.
Good to Have
Certifications : CSM / PSM / CSPO / ECBA / CCBA (preferred).
Exposure to UI / UX tools, API documentation, or software testing will be an advantage.
