You'll lead our conversational intelligence efforts, shipping user-visible improvements while raising empathy, reliability, and guardrails.

This is a hands-on staff-level role : equal parts research-to-production and platform thinking.

• Own the end-to-end model lifecycle of our conversational AI
• Collaborate with clinical psychologists to ensure the efficacy of our conversational AI
• Design safe retrieval for mental-health use cases
• Build and own evaluation flywheels : benchmarks, judge models, rubrics for conversational quality
• Implement alignment & safety layers tuned to clinical guidelines
