We are looking for a Design - Assistant Team Lead to support our design team in delivering high-quality design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with experience in leading projects and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Assist the Team Lead in managing design projects and ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create design solutions.
Review and provide feedback on design work produced by team members.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Help maintain design consistency and quality across all projects.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a team environment.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.

Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience working on both B2B and B2C brand projects with a solid understanding of branding principles.
