Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, located in Noida. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing daily sales operations, coordinate with team members, and maintain seamless communication with clients. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team to achieve targets, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and ensuring an efficient sales process. The role will also involve collaborating across teams to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations with a strong understanding of process management
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong team collaboration and ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
