Priority1 Group is a fast-growing business solutions company, offering bookkeeping, marketing, and digital growth services to businesses in Australia and beyond. We are expanding our digital marketing team and seeking a passionate SEO Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
  • Assist in on-page SEO activities, including meta tags, title tags, content optimization, and internal linking.
  • Support off-page SEO strategies such as backlink building and outreach.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and the latest SEO trends.
  • Prepare basic SEO reports and track progress on assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of SEO experience are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page and off-page).
  • Familiarity with Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
