We’re hiring a fast, reliable editor who understands marketing basics—hooks, pacing, clear messaging—and can deliver platform-native videos without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form / Long form Videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok / ) and YouTube.

Craft strong first 3 seconds, captions, light motion, clean audio / color.

Make simple variants (alt hooks / CTAs) and export 9 : 16, 1 : 1, 16 : 9.

Keep files organized and deliver on a consistent cadence.

Take one round of notes, then finalize.

Requirements

2–4+ years editing social / performance content.

Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects / motion.

Portfolio.

Nice to have : thumbnail design (Figma / PS), UGC-style ads, gaming / 3D / software familiarity.
