Teamware Solutions is seeking a dedicated M365 Developer to contribute to our technology initiatives. This role is focused on leveraging relevant Microsoft 365 technologies to develop, implement, and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Analysis & Design : Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to design and propose effective M365-based solutions.
Development & Implementation : Develop and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Platform Expertise : Work with relevant Microsoft 365 technologies, which may include SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsoft Graph API, Azure services, and other M365 development tools.
Troubleshooting & Support : Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to M365 development and implemented solutions, ensuring operational continuity.
Collaboration : Collaborate with various teams, including IT operations, business users, and other developers, to ensure solutions meet requirements and integrate seamlessly.
Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and processes.
Optimization : Continuously seek opportunities to optimize M365 solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest M365 features, updates, and development best practices to ensure the utilization of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in developing solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and problem-solving.

Experience in developing and implementing custom applications and workflows.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with relevant M365 development tools and APIs.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
