Hello December is a design-first homeware and interior styling brand that blends Indian artistry with global aesthetics.

Through our digital and physical platforms, we create a world of design, decor, and storytelling — spanning D2C collections, B2B styling projects, and experiential spaces.

We’re building a global brand out of India — a brand that’s not just about homeware, but a new design language for modern India.

Role Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping Hello December’s visual storytelling — across digital, print, and spatial design.

You’ll work closely with the brand, marketing, and content teams to design collaterals that express Hello December’s world : soulful, bold, and design-conscious.

This is a role for someone who is visually sharp, conceptually creative, and deeply detail-oriented — someone who can think in color, texture, and story.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Marketing Design

  • Design marketing collaterals for digital platforms — social media posts, reels covers, emailers, and campaigns.
  • Assist in developing seasonal brand visuals, lookbooks, and product catalogues.
  • Create layouts for website banners, campaign landing pages, and WhatsApp creatives.
  • Work on digital storytelling projects and visual identity refreshes.

2. Product & Packaging Design

  • Support design for product packaging, labels, hang tags, and inserts.
  • Ensure packaging aligns with Hello December’s brand aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Coordinate with print vendors for sampling, proofing, and production.

    • 3. Styling & Visual Content

  • Collaborate with stylists and photographers to develop visual assets from shoots.
  • Assist in editing, color grading, and layouting for brand photography and videos.
  • Design in-sync with the overall styling and product narratives.

    • 4. Print & Event Collateral

  • Create assets for exhibitions, pop-ups, and installations — signage, display boards, invites, and posters.
  • Support the creation of internal documents, presentations, and templates.

    • 5. Documentation & Asset Management

  • Maintain brand guidelines, design templates, and digital asset libraries.
  • Organize and archive artwork versions and creative files systematically.

    • Key Skills & Tools

  • Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Good eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Understanding of print production, color theory, and photography aesthetics.
  • Ability to interpret briefs quickly and translate them into impactful design outcomes.
  • Creative agility and time management under tight deadlines.

    • Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in lifestyle, home, fashion, or design-led brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Applied Arts.
  • Prior experience with content-heavy, aesthetic-first brands preferred.
