Job Title : Salesforce CPQ QA Automation Engineer

Experience : 3–8 years

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ QA Automation Engineer with strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and hands-on automation expertise using Tosca and Selenium . The candidate will be responsible for validating CPQ configurations, pricing rules, quoting processes, and building automation suites to support regression and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional CPQ Testing :

  • Analyze CPQ requirements, configuration logic, and business rules to define test coverage.
  • Validate product bundles, configuration rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote lifecycle.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce CPQ.
  • Verify quote generation, quote templates, renewals, amendments, and order management flows.
  • Ensure data consistency between Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and integrated systems.

Automation (Tosca + Selenium) :

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Tosca for Salesforce CPQ end-to-end flows.
  • Create UI automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver + Java / TestNG for CPQ regression scenarios.
  • Build reusable modules, test cases, and test data using Tosca best practices.
  • Execute automated test suites and integrate them into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins / Azure DevOps / Git).
  • Perform API automation using Postman or RestAssured for CPQ / CRM integrations.
  • Maintain automation documentation and support continuous improvement.

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ testing .
  • Solid understanding of CPQ components :
  • Product Bundles & Options
  • Configuration & Validation Rules
  • Pricing Rules, Discounting, Quote Calculations
  • Approvals & Document Generation
  • Expertise in Tosca automation (modules, test cases, test data, execution lists).
  • Experience with Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven , and automation best practices.
  • Experience with Jira, Zephyr / TestRail for test management.
  • Understanding of CRM objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Products, Price Books).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Salesforce Admin or CPQ Certification.
  • Exposure to Provar would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SOQL and basic Salesforce data model.
  • Experience with API integration testing (REST / SOAP).
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter).

    • Education :

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
