Developer Role and Responsibilities

Your specific duties will be based upon your experience as a UI / UX Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering UI for products in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely together with our enthusiastic team of both business and technical specialists. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit.

Expected Activities :

  • Participate in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather, confirm and document business requirements. More senior developers will lead these workshops and interviews.
  • Define, design and develop illustrator wireframing and UI for clients applications and in-house products.
  • Participate in design and configuration sessions and apply feedback to improve and enhance work products ensuring high quality of website responsiveness. More senior developers will lead these sessions.
  • Work-alongside automation / RPA and .Net / Web developers to enable the integration of the UI to the .NET / Web applications with client / in-house products.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Flash & Flex to mockup UI elements.
  • Must have experience building responsive web / App design to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes / devices.
  • Must have conducted usability testing to identify and fix UI issues, and gather real-world intelligence from target users.
  • Must have used visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, and UI flow charts, to plan and present user interface designs.
  • Has at least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
  • Has at least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications
  • Should have mastered hand-on design and development using C#.NET
  • Must have proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design / architectural patterns
  • Must have experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service-Oriented Architecture and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)
  • Has strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns and SOLID principles and a good understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Should have a basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
