Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, organized, and energetic Manager to lead the daily operations of Amante. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing restaurants, club, or premium hospitality outlets and must be passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across bakery, dine-in, club, and rooftop sections.
  • Lead and supervise all staff — including chefs, stewards, bartenders, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle guest queries or escalations professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination for smooth supply management.
  • Manage bookings, events, and special nights in coordination with marketing and entertainment teams.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all areas.
  • Drive sales, upselling, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Train and motivate team members to deliver consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the owner and finance team for budgeting, reports, and cost control.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality management (restaurant, club, or café preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of F&B operations, staff management, and customer service.
  • Ability to handle pressure during peak hours and events.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic Excel / reporting tools.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
